We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Shipping Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and oversee the entire shipping process, from packaging and coordinating deliveries to tracking and follow-up with customers. You will ensure smooth operations and timely delivery, while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) qualification is a plus.
● Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or e-commerce operations is preferred but not required.
● Proficient in using order management systems (OMS), shipping software, and inventory tracking tools.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
● Excellent communication skills for handling customer interactions and coordinating with delivery partners.
● Problem-solving skills to quickly address delivery issues and delays.
● Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar is a bonus.
Shipping Coordination: Coordinate and track the entire order fulfillment process, including packaging, shipping, and delivery.
● Delivery Logistics: Manage the initiation of Bolt delivery bikes (or other partners) and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
● Customer Interaction: Follow up with customers on their orders, providing updates on the shipping process, and resolving any issues that arise.
● Inventory Management: Assist with stock management to ensure accurate availability of products for shipment.
● Order Processing: Collect customer details and ensure accurate packaging and labeling of shipments.
● Payment Processing: Track payment status and ensure successful receipt of payment upon delivery (cash-on-delivery or online payments).
● Follow-up and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of orders, deliveries, and customer interactions. Provide regular reports on shipping efficiency and customer
satisfaction.
